Second International Festival «Exquisite Music Days» will be held in the first half of September. This year, Miass will join Chelyabinsk, Ozersk and Magnitogorsk. Today, this festival program has been agreed between Mikhail Yurevich, Governor of the Chelyabinsk region, and Dmitriy Kogan, famous violinist and Honored Artist of Russia.
Dmitriy Kogan, Culture Advisor of Mikhail Yurevich, proposed to take efforts to involve more participants and attract a larger audience to the Second Festival of Classic Music in the Chelyabinsk region. In May, the Organization Committee of the Festival will present a program concept and a list of participants. Dmitriy Kogan declared that this year the festival program would involve a larger group of young participants. The Committee considers inviting youth symphony orchestra to the South Ural and organizing master classes for beginner musicians. In his turn, Mikhail Yurevich confirmed that the region was interested in making this festival a traditional event and that sufficient budget funds would be allocated to hold this festival.
«The Governor put our work into motion providing us all necessary support. We clearly understand his point of view: this festival is necessary and important for the region. The development of the festival will highlight the Chelyabinsk region on the "cultural map" of our country. «Exquisite Music Days» held last September showed that this event attracted both professional musicians and general audience. So, good luck! Let's start…», – summarized the famous musician upon meeting Mikhail Yurevich.
